Bhajans Sacred Singing evening in Los Angeles ~ SATURDAY August 8th, 7 to 8:30pm ~ Reveal the Spirit in your Own Voice!
Join us for a heart-opening evening of bhajans—simple, devotional songs that invite joy, peace, and connection through sacred singing. Together we'll sing easy-to-learn songs accompanied by harmonium, with most lyrics in English and some in Sanskrit, the ancient sacred language of India's spiritual traditions.
Whether you're new to bhajans or have been singing for years, this welcoming gathering is open to everyone. These songs are non-denominational and honor the universal qualities of love, compassion, faith, and Spirit rather than any single religion. Through devotional music and community singing, we create a space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and remember the deeper truth of who we are. This is a free offering with no charge.
Many people leave these evenings feeling uplifted, peaceful, and more deeply connected—to themselves, one another, and God, Spirit, or the Divine in whatever way they experience it.
No singing experience is necessary—just an open heart and a desire to connect through music. See below for a sample video.

Wendy loves helping others experience more love, joy, and Spirit through singing, dance, spiritual practice, and personal growth. She lives in Santa Barbara and is an ordained minister, joy and creativity coach, with a Master's in Spiritual Psychology and a Doctorate in Spiritual Science (plus an earlier Bachelor's in Engineering, which — surprisingly — helped inspire her journey toward Spirit, joy, and creativity).
As a child, Wendy had severe asthma and found profound healing and joy later in life singing from her heart and Spirit. This experience shaped her belief that anyone can sing. Having found her own voice, joy, love, and Spirit, she now delights in helping others find theirs.
Please join us to find out for yourself! And especially at this time in the world, we can sing and change our own vibrations to greater love and peace, and it's a blessing to our world too... 🙏🏼🌎💜🎶💫
